Spicy Beef Noodles
Ingredients
Beef & Noodles
- 500 g Minced meat Beef or Pork
- 250 g Rice Noodles
- 6 cloves Garlic Finely chopped
Garnish
- 2 Cucumbers(1) Tiny sliced
- 1 Capsicum Sliced into strips
- 1 Iceberg lettuce Sliced
- 60 g Pumpkin Seed
Dressing
- 1 Lime
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 20 g ginger Shredded
- 1 Salt a pinch
- freshly ground Pepper To your taste
- 2 tbsp Sesame seed oil
- 3-4 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1-2 Chili Peppers Dry or fresh
- 15 g Cilantro Fresh
Instructions
Meat & Noodles
- Fry the minced meat until fully cooked
- When the meat is ready, add previously chopped garlic and stir it well
- Turn the fire off and set aside to cool
- Cook 250 g of Rice Noodles (or any other noodles) according to the package instructions and add to the cooked meat
The Dressing
- In a small bowl prepare the dressing. Squeeze the juice of 1 lime and 2 teaspoons of sugar
- Shredded ginger root
- Pinch of Salt
- Freshly ground Pepper to your taste
